Last week I held a tie dye workshop that was super fun! We got some great results! I love the surprise aspect of the process.   I will be doing some Japanese tie dye known as Shibori with a couple of my after school classes soon. I stumbled upon a website over the weekend. It asks the question “Can you be happy for 100 days in a row?” Naming our super busy schedules as the reason we don’t live in the moment and stop and enjoy our happiness as it is happening. The challenge: “Every day submit a picture of what made you happy!”  Partispants post their photos on their favorite social media platform or via email for 100 days of what made them happy that day.  For the details go to www.100happydays.com.
